On the night of January 19, an enemy attack damaged a power facility belonging to DTEK Odesa Power Grids, an electricity distribution operator, in Odesa.
According to the company, the attack left 30.8 thousand families without electricity.
"The damage is extensive and repairs will take a long time to bring the equipment back into working order. Power engineers are working on site to clear the rubble. Then they will start repairs. The primary task is to restore power to critical infrastructure facilities to supply heat and water to homes," DTEK emphasized.

On the night of January 19, Russian terrorists attacked Odesa region with attack drones, causing damage to residential, energy and gas infrastructure.
In Odesa district, a drone hit a multi-storey residential building. Two apartments, the building's facade, glazing, and private vehicles parked nearby were damaged. In addition, damage was recorded on the territory of a critical infrastructure facility.
In Odesa, the head of the city's military administration, Serhiy Lysak, said that as a result of the nighttime enemy attack, residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged. The blast wave shattered the windows of commercial buildings and a car dealership. There were no casualties in the city.
According to the Air Force Command, on the night of January 19, the enemy attacked with 145 Shahed, Gerber, and other types of attack drones. According to preliminary data, as of 8:30 a.m., air defense shot down 126 enemy Shahed, Gerber and other types of drones. At the same time, 13 attack UAVs were hit at 12 locations, and downed UAVs (wreckage) fell at five locations.
