Part of the necessary 9 million was allocated to repair the shelter of a lyceum in Mykolaiv region

In Mykolaiv region, the local budget allocated almost one million hryvnias out of the nine needed to repair the lyceum's shelter. The goal of the project is to ensure a continuous educational process in the form of full-time education under martial law.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Dream digital ecosystem for recovery.

It is planned to overhaul the protective structure of the municipal institution Kryvoozersky Lyceum No. 1.

The project was initiated by the Education Department of the Kryvoozery village council.

The budget for the overhaul is UAH 9.5 million. Of this amount, UAH 1.4 million is planned to be spent on equipment, UAH 5.9 million on construction, and more than UAH 400 thousand on other capital expenditures. UAH 1.5 million is planned to be spent on operating expenses in the form of taxes.

The working project envisages major repairs of the protective structure. Among other things, it will be necessary to carry out general construction and finishing works, install internal sewage, install plumbing, ventilation, heating and water supply, install water storage tanks and fire alarms.

In 2025, the Kryvoozery local authorities allocated UAH 951,42 from the budget for the repair of the shelter, which is 10% of the total project budget.

An agreement was concluded with Lextatuts Group LLC for engineering design services in the amount of UAH 239 thousand 940. According to the YouControl online analytical system, the company was registered in 2014 in Kyiv with a registered capital of UAH 6.5 million. The company's main KVED is real estate agencies. The company has earned more than UAH 80 million in public tenders.

The estimated duration of the project is 4 months. It is currently being implemented and requires funding.

Also, the Mykolaiv authorities have allocated only three percent of the total amount for the renovation of the children's hospital, which is estimated at UAH 40 million. The project aims to improve conditions for children in the hospital and create a comfortable environment. The total budget of the project is UAH 43.5 million, of which more than UAH 600 thousand was allocated in 2017 for design and survey work from the local budget.

In addition, in the Mykolaiv region, it is planned to modernize the canteen for lyceum students, for which it is planned to spend more than UAH 36 million. The reconstruction of the canteen of the Kolosiv Lyceum in Tokarivka, which is part of the Veselynivka village council, is due to be completed in 2025.
