One person injured in Russian strike in Odesa region

On the night of January 19, Russian terrorists attacked the Odesa region with attack drones, causing damage to residential, energy and gas infrastructure.

The press service of the Odesa regional military administration reported that one person was injured.

In Odesa district, a drone hit a multi-story residential building. Two apartments, the building's facade, glazing, and private vehicles parked nearby were damaged. In addition, damage was recorded on the territory of a critical infrastructure facility.

In Odesa, the head of the city's military administration, Serhiy Lysak, said that as a result of the nighttime enemy attack, residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged. The blast wave shattered the windows of commercial buildings and a car dealership. There were no casualties in the city.

According to the Air Force Command, on the night of January 19, the enemy attacked with 145 Shahed, Gerber, and other types of attack drones. According to preliminary data, as of 8:30 a.m., air defense shot down 126 enemy Shahed, Gerber and other types of drones. At the same time, 13 attack UAVs were recorded at 12 locations, as well as the fall of downed UAVs (wreckage) at five locations.

On the night of January 18, the enemy attacked the south of Odesa region with attack drones, hitting an infrastructure facility. The drones damaged a production building and the company's property. No one was killed or injured. The fire was quickly extinguished by rescuers. A fire broke out at the energy infrastructure facility as a result of the hits.
