One person injured in night attack in Odesa region

A Russian air attack in the Odesa region on the night of November 11 resulted in one person being injured and a Ukrzaliznytsia depot being damaged.

This was reported by the head of the Odesa regional military administration, Oleh Kiper.

According to him, the person was injured by shrapnel from the explosion. Despite the active work of the air defense forces, there is damage to civilian power and transportation infrastructure. As a result of the strikes, fires broke out at several energy facilities, which were extinguished by rescuers. Administrative buildings were also damaged.

This time, the cities of Izmail and Reni came under attack. The affected depot is located in the latter. The city also has a power outage due to a fire at a substation. Local residents reported that repairs should take up to two days.

On November 10, the enemy bombarded Odesa from the air all day. The air raid was activated 11 times. Thus, on the morning of November 10, Odesa suffered another Russian air attack, which resulted in a fire in the city. The attack set the facade of a 4-story residential building on fire. Rescuers extinguished the fire. There were no reports of fatalities or injuries.

In another attack, an enemy drone hit the roof of a private house in Odesa district, causing the roof and ceiling to collapse. There was no fire. There was no information on casualties or injuries.

The night before, on November 9, the Russian army attacked Odesa region with unmanned aerial vehicles, hitting civilian infrastructure. The air defense forces destroyed most of the enemy targets, but the debris from the enemy drones damaged private homes. A garage and the roofs of two residential buildings were destroyed. Fires broke out and were extinguished by rescuers.

The air defense neutralized 34 enemy drones. However, 32 strike UAVs were spotted at nine locations, and the downed UAVs fell at one location.
