In Odesa region, former prosecutor Oleksandr Gramma monopolized grain exports through Kiliya. Despite past criminal cases and millions of dollars in debts of related companies, the Gramma family's business is successfully operating through a number of companies.

This was reported by the International Detective Bureau Absolution Leaks.

Former Odesa prosecutor Oleksandr Gramma, known for scandalous stories, actually established control over grain exports through the Kiliya direction. A few years ago, he was involved in a criminal case of misappropriation of $120,000, but he avoided responsibility and later became a successful businessman in the agro-logistics sector.

According to investigators, Gramma now owns Danube-Kilia Seaport LLC and Lars, and his parents have other companies registered in their names that export grain through Danube ports. Interestingly, the ex-prosecutor's father has been bankrupting his own company Davos since 2020, while the related Davos-Agro is currently actively operating, but owes the Ust-Dunaisk ICC more than a million hryvnias and is in no hurry to pay off.

The founders of these companies include Vitalina Petkova, a relative of Oleksandr Petkov, a member of the regional council, whose agricultural companies are used for fictitious grain supplies. The scheme also mentions the companies IC Ukraine (liquidated), Arna Farm, Dinex-Agro Farm, and Dinex-Trade.

The head of Kilia Grain Terminal LLC is Andriy Moskovsky, former director of the Ust-Dunaysk State Port. The bureau emphasized that this rather simple scheme, which is ignored by the BES, is also used by the Davos-TTL company, which is engaged in cargo transportation.

Also in June, law enforcement officers exposed a criminal group that included beneficiaries of foreign companies and the CEO of a Ukrainian company. They controlled the work of grain transportation companies in the Odesa seaport and entered into a number of loan agreements with a foreign investor secured by grain that did not actually exist. In this way, the criminals seized $20 million.
