Odesa City Hall Determines Who Will Develop Digital System for Recording Administrative Offenses

The Department of Information and Digital Solutions has pre-selected a company that will be paid to develop and implement a digital system for recording and accounting for administrative offenses.

The relevant information was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The subject of the procurement includes all services to ensure the development and implementation of the Digital System:

The auction was held on December 9 with the participation of three limited liability companies: "TKS Region, Specialist-IT, and Ualinux.

The winner was TKS Region, which agreed to work for UAH 3 million 197.9 thousand. According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in Odesa in 2011. The owner is Oleksandra Senchenkova. The company will operate until December 26 if the agreement is signed.

Earlier, the Department of Information and Digital Solutions had pre-selected the company that will be paid to integrate the Unified Platform of Urban Digital Services with the main city registries and systems.

Computer Information Technologies Limited Liability Company was the only bidder and, accordingly, the winner of the tender. The company is ready to work for UAH 4 million 512 thousand.

Thecompany will have to set up the platform core, configuration of business processes, users, and web pages, as well as develop and configure software to integrate the platform with other municipal information and communication systems.
