On February 27, at 11:00, the Executive Committee of Odesa City Council will hold a meeting. The agenda includes financial, security and infrastructure issues, as well as issues of municipal property and outdoor advertising in the city.

This is stated on the website of the municipality.

During the meeting, a report on the implementation of the budget of the Odesa city territorial community for 2024 will be presented. The deputies will also hear a report on the implementation of the city's program to support territorial defense and volunteer formations. They will also discuss the transfer of real estate to the balance sheet of municipal enterprises, including boiler houses, administrative buildings and municipal services.

The agenda also includes the approval of comprehensive schemes for the placement of advertising structures on key streets of Odesa, such as Genoese, Heavenly Hundred, Ovidiopolska, and others. In addition, the council will consider the transfer of municipal property to state ownership and the approval of the civil defense plan for 2025. Social issues include the provision of apartments for large families and compensation for destroyed property as a result of hostilities.

The decisions made at the executive committee meeting will be submitted to the Odesa City Council for consideration.

Recently, the Department of Finance of the Odesa City Council published its report for 2024. In particular, the budget revenues of the Odesa city territorial community amounted to UAH 15.1 billion, which is 2% more than the planned level.

As of January 1, 2025, Odesa spent almost UAH 2.38 billion from the city budget for defense needs in 2014. The funds were used to support the Ukrainian military and to restore damaged infrastructure after the shelling.

Earlier, members of the Odesa City Council allocated more than UAH 92 million in the city's 2025 budget to restore residential buildings damaged by Russian strikes.
