Odesa chose a company to repair university windows for 11 million

Odesa State Agrarian University held a procurement to select a company that will be paid to replace windows in the educational building No. 1.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The auction was held on November 12 with the participation of two companies - Grado-Stroy Construction Company and Tamerlan Construction Company. The winner was Grado-Stroy Insurance Company LLC, which agreed to work for UAH 10 million 878 thousand.

According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in Odesa in 2008. The ultimate beneficial owner is Yuriy Samoilenko.

In August, the Dalnytsia Village Council of Odesa District held a third procurement to find a contractor to reconstruct its administrative building. The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special features, and the only participant was Grado-Stroy Construction Company. According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in Odesa in 2008. The ultimate beneficial owner is Yuriy Samoilenko. This was the second attempt to conduct the procurement. The previous one was scheduled for August 15, but the auction was canceled due to lack of bids.

In February, the Tairova village council in Odesa region held a procurement to select a contractor to be paid for the construction of a water supply system on Shevchenko and Nadiya streets in the village of Sukhyi Lyman in Odesa region. This was the second adjustment to the project. In November 2021, the tender for the adjusted project with an expected cost of UAH 12 million 151.7 thousand ended with the victory of Odessagrogaz Limited Liability Company. The company agreed to work for UAH 11 million 750.3 thousand, but the tender was canceled on the basis of part five of Article 32 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" - reducing the cost of procurement of works.
