The Odesa Children's Orphanage has selected Fabrika Smaku Limited Liability Company to organize catering for the children from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
This is stated in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.
The procurement was held on December 27 in the format of open bidding with special features, and Fabrika Smaku was the only participant without competitors. If the deal is concluded, the company expects to receive UAH 11 million 374.5 thousand.
The contract includes the provision of five hot meals a day for 74 children in the Odesa orphanage (breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner) and packaged meals for eight children. These children will be fed 365 days a year. Another eight children will be fed 266 days a year, and another seven will be fed 266 days a year, but three times a day.
Also, the municipal institution "Center for Financing and Economic Activities of Educational Institutions and Facilities of the Primorskyi District of Odesa" conducted a procurement to find a company that will be paid for catering services for students of general secondary education institutions.
According to the YouControl service, Fabryka Smaku LLC was registered in 2015. The owners are Ihor Levinzon and Olha Boholyubova, and the owner and director of the private enterprise Ration Group is Maksym Yatsenko.
Earlier, the Centers for Financing and Economic Activity and Educational Institutions of Peresypskyi and Kyivskyi districts of Odesa conducted procurement to select companies that will be paid to organize meals for schoolchildren.
In September 2022, the Center for Public Investigations analyzed the composition of companies participating in tenders for the right to feed schoolchildren in Odesa and identified the main players in this market in Odesa. The experts identified Fabrika Smaku LLC as one of the leaders.
