New version of the city charter: a regular session of the city council convened in Odesa

The XLVI session of the Odesa City Council of the VIII convocation is scheduled for November 19, 2025. The venue is Exchange Square, 1.

The preliminary agenda includes issues related to the activities of the Odesa City Council and its executive bodies, the first of which is to be considered is the issue "On Approval of the Charter of the Territorial Community of Odesa in a New Edition".

It is also planned to consider the issue of targeted programs, concepts and urban planning - the approval of the "Temporary procedure for preliminary determination and approval of the boundaries of the territories of apartment buildings for their cleaning".

The session is also expected to consider issues related to municipal property and taxes and fees. The deputies plan to write off fixed assets from two hospitals in Odesa. They will also consider the issue of granting consent to the free transfer of an apartment from the state to the municipal ownership of the Odesa city territorial community, which is being transferred from the Office of the Security Service of Ukraine in Odesa region.

The next session is scheduled to consider 52 items related to land relations.

It is also planned to consider the appeal of the Odesa City Council and deputy inquiries.

The previous session of the city council, during which the deputies adopted a number of important decisions related to the renewal of executive bodies and optimization of city structures, was held in Odesa on October 30.
