Nerubay village council chose the most expensive contractor for reconstruction of gymnasium

The Department of Education, Culture, Youth, Sports and Tourism of the Nerubai Village Council of Odesa Oblast has pre-selected a contractor for the reconstruction of the Velykobalkivska gymnasium building with the construction of a civil defense facility.

This is reported in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The auction took place on October 11 with the participation of three companies: SMU7 Limited Liability Company, Spets-Klimat-Kontrol LLC, and BC Deluxe Development Limited Liability Company.

The latter was chosen as the winner. The company agreed to work for UAH 32 million 196.5 thousand. This was the most expensive offer. Cheaper offers from competitors were rejected.

According to the YouControl service, BC Deluxe Development LLC was registered in 2017 by the Shchyt public organization for the disabled. The founders of the NGO are Yevhen Sudakov, Yuriy Cherniak and Oleksandr Dmitriev.

This was the second attempt to find a contractor this fall. On September 2, an auction for this procurement was held with the participation of two companies - BC Deluxe Development and Budtechno Plus Construction and Trading Company LLC. The winner was the latter. The company was ready to work for UAH 27 million 785 thousand.

But then the results of the procurement were canceled because a technical error was made in the scope of work on the subject of the procurement when the tender documentation was published. The violation could not be eliminated.

The Department of Education, Youth and Sports of the Vyzyr Village Council of Odesa Oblast announced a tender to select a company that will be paid to build a shelter with protective properties of a radiation shelter in the Sonechko kindergarten.

The kindergarten is located in the village of Pershotravneve. The auction is scheduled for November 4 in the format of open bidding with special conditions. The expected value of the procurement is UAH 75 million 326.4 thousand.
