In total, there are 345 reconstruction projects in the system, 96 for new construction, and 48 for goods and equipment.

In 2024, estimated projects were implemented to restore residential buildings, infrastructure, roads, and bridges at the expense of state and local budgets, as well as with the support of international partners. In total, work was completed on 6,340 objects out of 16,817 damaged ones.

In late December, Ukraine received funding to restore social infrastructure. Odesa and Mykolaiv regions were among the regions that received assistance. The European Investment Bank provided €55 million under the Ukraine Recovery Program.

The funds will be used to reconstruct medical facilities, social housing, schools, heating, water supply and sewage systems, as well as other important social infrastructure facilities. The projects are scheduled to be implemented in 2025 and beyond.
