Mykolaiv Health Department Head Iryna Tkachenko Earns ₴494K Salary in 2024

In Mykolaiv, the head of the health department received almost half a million hryvnias in salary for 2024. In 2023, her salary was four times less.

Iryna Tkachenko, acting head of the health department of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, received UAH 494.1 thousand in salary in 2024.

Since the beginning of 2025, Iryna T kachenko has already received UAH 60 thousand in salary, including UAH 29.3 thousand in January and UAH 30.7 thousand in February.

The total amount of salary accrued in 2024 amounted to UAH 618.4 thousand, of which UAH 494.1 thousand remained after taxes.

In addition, last year, the head of the department received UAH 5.3 thousand in bonuses for rank, UAH 2.9 thousand in bonuses for length of service (from October to December), UAH 33.7 thousand for health improvement, UAH 32.4 thousand in vacation pay, and UAH 24.8 thousand in bonuses in December.

The lowest salary in 2024 was UAH 21.1 thousand in September, and the highest was UAH 76.8 thousand in December.

Iryna Tkachenko has been acting as the head of the Health Department since the beginning of 2024. Prior to that, she served as the first deputy head of the department and received UAH 118,400 in 2023, which is four times less than her current salary.

Mykola Marinov, deputy head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military District Administration, published a declaration of his income and property, disclosing significant financial resources of his family. The document indicates that the official's family keeps $300,000 in cash. The declaration also contains information on real estate, vehicles, financial assets and sources of income of the official and his wife.
