Mykolaiv has become a leader in the restoration of residential buildings

Mykolaiv is a leading city in energy recovery and efficiency in Ukraine.

This was reported by the Mykolaiv City Council.

Since the launch of the RestoreHome program, Mykolaiv has been ranked first in Ukraine in terms of both the number of applications submitted and the number of funded applications from condominiums. <b>262 applications</b> were submitted from Mykolaiv for a total amount of over <b>UAH 554 million</b>. Of these, <b>136 projects</b> have already been fully completed, with over <b>UAH 234 million</b> spent.

In addition, Mykolaiv is among the top three leaders in terms of activity in theENERGODOM program for the modernization of the housing stock. A total of <b>77 applications</b> have been submitted under this program, of which <b>28 projects</b> have already been completed.

Mykolaiv is also in the top three in the Greendom program, which provides for the installation of solar power plants on the roofs of condominiums. <b>20 applications</b> were submitted from the city for more than <b>UAH 22 million</b>.

Based on the aggregate indicators, Mykolaiv is one of the most active cities in Ukraine in implementing projects to restore apartment buildings.

The Mykolaiv Recovery Service has announced a tender for shelters for the second time. Mykolaiv plans to reconstruct an administrative building at 2A Halyna Petrova Street to equip it with a radiation shelter. The cost of the work is estimated at more than UAH 17 million, and it is expected to be completed by the end of May 2026.

The client is the Service for Infrastructure Restoration and Development in Mykolaiv Oblast. Bidders can submit their proposals until September 9, and the auction is scheduled for September 10.
