Mykolaiv Allocates ₴4M for 15-Story Building Repair Tender by April 15

In Mykolaiv, it is planned to hold a tender for the repair of a fifteen-story building. More than four million hryvnias have been allocated from the local budget. It is planned to carry out both dismantling and installation work, and the repairs should be completed by September this year.

This is evidenced by data from the public procurement system Prozorro.

The Department of Housing and Communal Services of Mykolaiv City Council has announced a tender for the overhaul of an apartment building. The works are to eliminate emergency situations in the housing stock and improve the living conditions of residents.

The expected cost of the works is UAH 4 million 57 thousand 216. Bidders can submit their proposals until April 15, and the auction is scheduled to start on April 16. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 40.5 thousand.

The project is funded by the city budget. The contractor must provide a 10-year warranty for the work performed.

According to the terms of the tender, to participate in the bidding, it is necessary to provide a bid security in the form of an electronic bank guarantee in the amount of UAH 20 thousand. The winning bidder must meet all the requirements of the tender documents and have experience in performing similar works, which must be completed by September 15, 2025.

Among other things, it is planned to dismantle the balcony fencing on typical floors (from the 2nd to the 15th), as well as dismantle the ceiling on the 14th and 15th floors, install ceramic tile coverings, fence the balcony, and install electric lighting.

Also in Mykolaiv region, they plan to overhaul the Bereznehuvata Art School, which was damaged by Russian shelling. More than UAH 12 million has been allocated for the project. The repair work will include the restoration of the facade, interior, roof, and utility networks.

In addition, a large-scale reconstruction of the regional children's hospital is starting in Mykolaiv. The expected budget of the project exceeds UAH 600 million. The reconstruction involves renovating the building, modernizing departments, and installing new medical equipment. The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.
