Mykolaiv Region Allocates ₴12.7M for Overhaul of Art School Damaged by Russian Shelling

Mykolaiv region has planned to overhaul the Bereznehuvata Art School, which was damaged by Russian shelling. More than UAH 12 million has been allocated for this purpose.

This is according to the Prozorro electronic public procurement system.

In the village of Berezneguvate, Bashtanka district, Mykolaiv region, a major overhaul of the local art school will begin. According to the announcement, the expected cost of the work is UAH 12 million 709 thousand 209.

The project involves final construction works, and the repair should be completed by December 31, 2026.

Potential contractors have until April 3, 2025 to submit their bids, and the auction is scheduled for the same day. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 63 thousand 546.

The overhaul work will be carried out gradually, with payments for the completed stages made upon their completion. This overhaul will be an important step in improving the educational infrastructure in the region and will create comfortable conditions for students and teachers.

The selected contractor must confirm the availability of the material and technical base, employees with appropriate qualifications and similar experience. The<span>warranty period should be 10 years from the date of signing the act by the parties </span>.

Mykolaiv has also announced a tender for the overhaul of administrative buildings of a local utility company, for which it plans to spend more than UAH 15 million. The works will include the repair of an administrative and utility building, a production building, a garage box and an administrative building with garage boxes. The customer is the Self-Supporting Construction Mechanization Section.

In addition, a major overhaul of a part of the water supply system in the city of Novyi Buh, Mykolaiv region, worth UAH 11.45 million is envisaged. The contractor is to carry out general construction works, install heating, sewerage and water supply systems, as well as electric lighting and lightning protection.
