Mykolaiv Announces ₴15.6M Tender for Administrative Building Overhaul

A tender has been announced in Mykolaiv to find a contractor to overhaul the administrative buildings of a local utility company. It is planned to spend more than UAH 15 million on this.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro public procurement system.

It is planned to overhaul an administrative and utility building, a production building, a garage box and an administrative building with garage boxes.

The customer of the works is the self-supporting construction mechanization unit.

The auction is scheduled to start on March 27, and the expected value of the procurement is UAH 15 million 618 thousand 276. The minimum price reduction step is 1% of the amount, i.e. UAH 156,182.

The bidders must secure their bids in the amount of UAH 78.91 thousand.

The repair work should be completed by the end of this year. The services will be paid for within 30 working days after acceptance of the completed construction work.

The selected contractor will have to carry out a number of general construction works, install heating, sewerage and water supply, and install electric lighting and lightning protection.

And the city utility Mykolaivvodokanal announced a tender for the modernization of a pumping station in the city. More than UAH 75 million is planned to be spent on these works. In particular, it is about the reconstruction of the sewage pumping station of the NSC No. 17.

Mykolayivoblteploenergo also plans to spend UAH 8.8 million on vehicle maintenance and repair. These funds will be used to maintain the technical condition of the company's vehicles. FIAT, HYUNDAI and LEXUS vehicles are in need of repair.

In addition, the company continues to modernize heating mains in Mykolaiv. Bids have been announced for the repairs, with a total budget of over UAH 34 million.
