MP Horeniuk refused to give up his brother's car and sent his wife to Germany

In 2022, MP Oleksandr Horeniuk declared one less car than in 2021 and one more apartment.

This is reported by the Center for Public Investigations, according to the financial reports provided by the MP to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption. Since August 2022, the MP's wife has been using an apartment in Germany with her son, which is not listed in the 2021 declaration.

As for other real estate, there are no significant changes between the 2021 and 2022 declarations:

• an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 91.1 square meters, which is listed as his property;
• an apartment in Odesa with an area of 78.2 square meters, which the MP owns by 20%. Another 20% is owned by Olha Horeniuk and her son Dmytro Horeniuk, and 40% by Kateryna Solonenko.

According to both declarations, Oleksandr Horeniuk's wife , Tetiana Kandziuba, owns 20 thousand square meters of land in the village of Batky, Poltava region.

Oleksandr Horeniuk owns a 2013 Audi A3, and in 2021 he also used a 2012 Skoda Superb. He also uses his wife's car, a 2018 Volvo S90.

Update: There was an error while writing the news. The 2012 Skoda Superb, which was initially reported to belong to the MP's son, actually belongs to his brother.

The family'sincome is as follows:

• MP's salary - UAH 403,205 in 2022 and UAH 483,423 in 2021.
• Income from the alienation of movable property (except for securities and corporate rights) - UAH 410 thousand in 2022 (this refers to the sale of a Skoda Superb declared in 2021).
• Social payments to his wife - UAH 10 thousand 320 in 2022 and the same amount in 2021.
• In 2022, the MP's wife earned UAH 1 million 122.4 thousand from her business, compared to UAH 2 million 31 thousand 432 in 2021.

Also in 2022, Tetiana Kandziuba earned 524,264 hryvnias working for TBD Media Deutschland GmbH in Berlin.

As for bank accounts and cash, in 2021 Oleksandr Horeniuk kept UAH 27,779 in banks and USD 10,000 and UAH 15,000 in cash. In 2022, the bank account decreased to 22 thousand 328 hryvnias, and the MP had 10 thousand US dollars and 10 thousand hryvnias in cash.

The MP's wife kept 61,127 hryvnias and 647 euros in banks in 2021. She had UAH 840 thousand in cash. In 2022, the situation changed as follows: 214 thousand 594 hryvnias and 10 thousand 814 in bank accounts and 20 hryvnias in cash.

It should be noted that Oleksandr Horeniuk filed his first tax return as an MP in 2020.

Earlier, the mayor of Chornomorsk, Huliayev, filed his declaration, the mayor of Izmail declared five cars, the mayor of Pivdenne declared 80 acres of land, and the mayor of Podilsk declared a moped.
