Visitors and vendors of the 7th Kilometer market in Odesa pushed military personnel from the territorial center for recruitment and social support out of the market and blocked the police station at the market for some time.

The market administration told Intent that the incident took place.

According to eyewitnesses, the police station was blocked because there were people there who had been taken away. Only a police officer who arrived at the scene was able to calm the people down after talking to them. The detained people were released. No one went to the medical center with injuries.

Earlier, the Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Manning and Social Support commented on statements in social media about the beating of a man in Velykodolynsk. The citizen felt sick and an ambulance was immediately called to the scene. The citizen was hospitalized and diagnosed with an epileptic seizure.

On October 12, according to the military, the patient was transferred from the intensive care unit to the neurological department, after which he wrote a statement refusing further treatment and was discharged the same day.

On July 19, social media also reported that a man had fainted and later died in the military enlistment office. At that time, the Center for Public Investigations contacted the Odesa Regional Military Commissariat and JV, but received no official comment on the incident.

On July 15, a video showing two people in military uniforms fighting with a civilian passerby on Kanatna Street was posted on social media.

The conflict between the CCC and emergency medical workers in Odesa became known throughout Ukraine.

Last year, the CCC was already involved in a scandal with the mobilization of a man with epilepsy, who was found fit for service and later died.
