Over 280 residents of the Kherson region received medical care from specialists of the Fortitude Charitable Foundation last week.
According to the Kherson Regional Medical Association, a team of doctors including a family doctor, neurologist, ophthalmologist, endocrinologist and cardiologist visited Kalynivske, Novopoltavka, Bobrovyi Kut and Blahodativka.
"The specialists provided free services to patients, including ultrasound of organs, cardiograms and laboratory tests. People could also receive medicines and glasses if necessary ," the administration added.

KhOVA also noted that the Kherson Mobile Clinics project is being implemented by the Fortitude Charitable Foundation in cooperation with the International Rescue Committee in Ukraine with the support of the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine and the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.

Earlier, the doctors of the FortitudeUACharitableFoundation visited eight settlements of Kherson region: Ivanivka, Mykolaivka, Olzhyne, Mala Shestirna, Novohryhorivske, Topolyne, Fedorivka and Kniazivka. Prior to that, the team of the mobile clinic of the Palianytsia Foundation PAL-UA made several visits to the settlements of Kherson region. They examined 62 patients and held 97 consultations. Then the mobile clinic visited the villages of Myroliubivka, Fedorivka and Yevhenivka. A family doctor also joined the team. They examined 78 people and held 90 consultations. Volunteer dentists also treated 195 residents of the Kalynivka community. At the initiative of the Kalynivka UIA and the local outpatient clinic, volunteers from the Dental Hope mission visited the community. In addition, American medical volunteers visited the Kherson region to help local residents.
