The Security Service of Ukraine has served a notice of suspicion to the "heads" of occupation positions in Kherson region.

This was reported by the agency's press service.

The post says that the Security Service has collected evidence against two more enemy accomplices who have taken positions in the illegally created authorities.

Thus, according to the investigation, a resident of the village of Abrykosivka, Kherson district, served the invaders as the so-called "head of the territorial administration of the village of Abrykosivka, Oleshky municipal district". The suspect performed organizational, administrative and economic functions. She also supervised the work of her "subordinates" and their compliance with the laws of the occupiers. At meetings of local community residents, she urged her fellow villagers to go over to the side of the "new" government and receive Russian passports. The collaborator "took care" of the occupiers' everyday life, settling them in the homes of residents who left for the territory controlled by Ukraine.

It is noted that another resident from Skadovsk district of the region voluntarily became the occupation "head of the territorial administration of the Shyrokiv village council". In this "position", the suspect worked closely with representatives of the hostile authorities and the armed forces of the aggressor state. He was "in charge" of recruiting staff for the pseudo-agency and appointed those who wanted to take "leadership" positions. He held mass events on the territory of the captured village, where he called on Ukrainians to support the invaders. He created a picture of "charity" from the occupiers, offering material and financial assistance to local residents.

SBU investigators served both men suspicion notices under Part 5 of Art. 111-1(collaboration) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. They face up to 10 years in prison. The operation was conducted by the SBU in Kherson region under the procedural supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.
