The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a Russian boat in Sevastopol Bay

In Kozachya Bay in Sevastopol, in the temporarily occupied Crimea, Ukrainian forces struck the Russian patrol boat “Mangust.” Enemy reconnaissance equipment and warehouses were also hit.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff, strikes against Russian military facilities were carried out on September 8 and during the night of September 9.

The Project 12150 “Mangust” patrol boat was struck in Kozachya Bay, Sevastopol. The extent of the damage is currently being assessed.

The “Mangust” is a Russian high-speed patrol boat used for patrolling and securing maritime areas. It can reach speeds of up to 50 knots, or over 90 kilometers per hour. The crew consists of up to six people.

In addition to the patrol boat, Ukrainian forces struck several targets in occupied Crimea.

Specifically:

• in Olenivka—a radio-electronic reconnaissance antenna complex;
• in Vitino—an antenna in the radio-transparent dome of a separate command-and-measurement complex.

Several more targets were struck in the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

In Dokuchaevsk, Donetsk Oblast, a drone depot was struck. In Fashchivka, Luhansk Oblast, an ammunition depot belonging to the “Rubicon” unit was hit.

In Selidovo, Donetsk Oblast, Ukrainian forces also struck another Russian military ammunition depot.

Just recently, the Ukrainian military struck a Russian BK-16 landing craft and a “Krasukha-4” mobile electronic warfare station in Crimea.

Prior to that, in the Olenivka area on the occupied peninsula, a “Nebo-SV” radar station, a “P-18” radar unit, and a mobile enemy communications complex were destroyed.
