Kherson Official Roman Mrochko Declares ₴2.5M in Income and Assets

The head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko, declared land plots, business income, and hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings in 2024.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Unified Register of Declarations.

Since 20219, the declarant has been renting an apartment for free from a citizen Liubov Mrochko, and has the right to use an administrative building in Dnipro owned by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Since the same year, the official's wife, Inna Mrochko, has been renting non-residential premises with an area of more than 500 m2 from the Department of Communal Property of Odesa City Council for UAH 2 million 143 thousand 817.

In 2023, Roman Mrochko began renting a 69 m2 apartment in Kherson. The official's wife owns a land plot of 227 m2 in the village of Myhove in Chernivtsi region, and three plots of 60 thousand m2 in the village of Myrne in Odesa region, one of which she purchased in 2022. In addition, she owns two amusement parks in Odesa and Kyiv, which were purchased for UAH 2 million 480 thousand.

The official himself does not use cars, but his wife purchased a LEXUS RX 450H in 2021 for UAH 1 million 400 thousand, made in 2018.

The official earned UAH 466 thousand 120 from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2024, and UAH 681 thousand 962 from the military unit.

His wife's income from entrepreneurial activity amounted to UAH 2 million 350 thousand 166, and tuition reimbursement from the Liko-Svit Venice preschool educational institution amounted to more than UAH 39 thousand. He also received interest from his deposit account in the amount of UAH 3210 from PrivatBank.

Roman Mrochko and his wife Inna declared significant financial assets, including cash and bank accounts in different currencies.

The official keeps 111 thousand USD and 35 thousand UAH in cash. His wife Inna has 184 thousand USD, 300 thousand UAH and 24 thousand EUR in cash.

In addition, her bank accounts at PrivatBank and Universal Bank contain funds in different currencies, including 13,950 euros and 15,50 USD. She also has a virtual account in a payment system with USD 1,017. The total amount of savings in national currency in banks is UAH 191 thousand 56.

In 2023, the declaration listed the property of the official's wife as an unfinished parking space in Odesa, the area of which was not specified. Roman Mrochko 's salary amounted to more than 957 thousand, and his wife's income from business activities was almost 5 million. As you can see, the income from the business fell by almost half. The savings for that year amounted to 98 thousand US dollars and 25 thousand hryvnias in cash for the official and 181 thousand dollars, 250 thousand hryvnias and 22 thousand euros for Inna Mrochko. The family kept 8 thousand dollars and 200 euros in banks.
