The municipal enterprise Izmail City Central Hospital plans to conclude agreements with the sole tenderer for the provision of round-the-clock physical security services for the facilities of the medical institution during 2026.

An Intent correspondent writes about this with reference to the Prozorro website.

The winner is the local security firm Sheriff-Yug, which has been receiving contracts for the protection of municipal facilities in the city, including the administrative building of the Izmail City Council, as well as residential buildings affected by the enemy's armed aggression.

The Izmail hospital will pay UAH 2,147,000 for security, which is UAH 380,000 less than the maximum contract amount. In addition to the building on Nezalezhnosti Avenue, the contractor will also look after the adult clinic on Klushina Street and the dental clinic on Grecheskaya Street. All of the client's facilities will have a post with one security guard.

According to the YouControl analytical service, Sherif-Yug LLC was founded in 2009 and registered in the village of Larzhanka, Izmail district. The sole founder is Olena Vaitkus.

By the end of 2025, the company received government orders - mainly in the Izmail and Kiliya communities - totaling UAH 4 million 728 thousand.

Earlier, the Housing and Utilities Department of the Izmail City Council of Odesa Oblast announced a search for a contractor to restore the parking lot for heavy vehicles on the way to the transshipment points of the Izmail Commercial Sea Port. The contract is worth UAH 21 million 462 thousand. The parking lot will be restored within six months. All the necessary work under the contract is to be completed by the end of 2027.
