The 58MILE auto parts store by Lux-KV, located at 75/1 Nebesna Sotnya Avenue, was dismantled on December 9.

This was announced by the head of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department, Oleksandr Avdeev.

According to him, this is how the decision of the Economic Court of Odesa Region was enforced. The litigation lasted five years. Back in 2020, inspectors of the Department of Architectural and Construction Control recorded the fact of unauthorized construction. The private enterprise Lux-KV had no documents: neither for construction nor for the use of the land plot. Nevertheless, a 197.5-square-meter building was erected. The Kyiv District Prosecutor's Office of Odesa filed a lawsuit in the interests of the state, and the court fully upheld the demolition claim.

In 2025, the Department was authorized to be the customer for the execution of court decisions on the release of land plots from unauthorized construction. At the session of the Odesa City Council on September 24, 2025, UAH 5 million was allocated for the implementation, but the contractor hired through the Prozorro e-procurement system agreed to do the dismantling for UAH 3.5 million. After the dismantling, the SACC will send documents to the city's legal department to compensate for these 3.5 million hryvnias at the expense of the developer of the site.

According to the YouControl service, the private enterprise Lux-KV was registered in Odesa in 2005. The owner is Olga Mishchenko.

In Odesa , reconstruction has begun under the guise of restoring one of the semicircular architectural monuments of national importance, the Zavadovsky House. A McDonald's will open on the ground floor right behind Duke's.
