Historic Mykolaiv Tram Substation for Sale at ₴3.5 Million

A historic building, the first tram substation, which is a symbol of the city, has been put up for sale in Mykolaiv. The property can be used as a restaurant, gallery, pharmacy or clinic, and the land lease agreement is valid until 2033.

According to the National Electronic Exchange, the initial cost of the property is UAH 3.5 million.

This non-residential building is located in the heart of Mykolaiv, at 8a Soborna Street, and is a cultural heritage monument. Its image can be found in many tourist guides as an iconic architectural object of the city.

According to the description, the property has a favorable location with developed infrastructure, convenient access roads and heavy traffic. Residential high-rise buildings, office and retail buildings, restaurants and other catering establishments are located nearby.

The building was constructed in 1915. Previously, it was used as a bank branch. The building has a wide range of possible uses: restaurant, private clinic, gallery, museum, pharmacy or retail.

The property is for sale unfurnished and without equipment. The building is located on a leased land plot of 409 square meters. The use is carried out on the basis of a lease agreement with Mykolaiv City Council, valid until 30.05.2033, with a possibility of extension.

The right to lease this building is officially registered in the State Register of Property Rights. The sale is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Cultural Heritage", which guarantees the preservation of its historical value. All necessary approvals from the cultural heritage authorities have been obtained.

Not long ago, the property of the ports of Mykolaiv and Odesa was put up for sale. The lots include three ships and a car, with a total value of over UAH 4 million. The regional office of the State Property Fund is selling the assets of the Maritime Administration of the Black Sea Fishing Port. The list includes two liquid bulk tankers: "Pivdennyi, located at a berth in the village of Burlacha Balka, and Vostochnyi, located in the Mykolaiv Commercial Port.

In addition, auctions for the sublease of state land have started in Mykolaiv region. The region has already held 16 auctions for the sublease of state agricultural land totaling more than 5,000 hectares. At the first stage, 142 land plots with a total area of about 20 thousand hectares will be put up for auction in Mykolaiv region.
