Five people were injured in a massive attack on Mykolaiv region. All critical infrastructure facilities have been switched to generators.
This was reported by Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration .
Five people were injured in a massive attack on Mykolaiv region. Three of them - a 43-year-old man, a 48-year-old woman and a 16-year-old girl - were hospitalized in moderate condition, while two others were treated on an outpatient basis.
The power supply was cut off in Bashtanka and Mykolaiv districts, as well as critical infrastructure and electric transport in Mykolaiv.
Mykolaiv CHPP has been launched using its own generator sets, with 45 largest district and neighbourhood boiler houses connected to the generators, covering 85% of consumers, and the remaining boiler houses are gradually being switched to backup power.
The generators have ensured water supply and sewage disposal at the main facilities of the water utility, and the new main water supply system is operating steadily. Once the CHPP and generators are stabilized, power supply will be restored to 31 critical infrastructure facilities as a priority, and a backup power supply scheme is being prepared for the city.
In Mykolaiv, 38 autonomous trolleybuses, 38 buses and 221 private vehicles have already resumed operation, for a total of 297 public transport units. As of this morning, electricity supply schedules in the region are temporarily offline, and power engineers are continuing to restore power.
As a result of the morning attack on Mykolaiv by a Russian shahed on November 13, six people were injured, three of them are in serious condition.
On November 9, the occupation forces intensified the use of attack drones in the southern direction. Mykolaiv region suffered 11 separate attacks by FPV drones. Three coastal communities came under fire: Ochakivska, Kutsurubska and Halitsynivska. A store building in the village of Lupareve was damaged as a result of massive strikes.
