Mykolaiv executive committee to decide on the fate of kiosks and tariffs

A regular meeting of the executive committee of the city council will be held in Mykolaiv to consider a number of issues important to the community. The key topics include tariffs, housing policy, public transportation and the dismantling of temporary structures.

According to the press service of the Mykolaiv City Council, the meeting will be held on April 8 at 10:00.

During the meeting, members of the executive committee will consider more than 50 issues related to various spheres of the city's life.

In particular, the agenda includes

• allocation of materials from the city's material reserve for emergency situations;
• changes to the procedure for controlling humanitarian aid;
• approval of performance indicators for Mykolaiv-electrotrans and Mykolaivpastrans municipal enterprises;
• introducing changes to the organization of traffic;
• setting tariffs for social services of the geriatric nursing home for 2026.

A separate set of issues will relate to municipal services and landscaping. In particular, it is planned to consider the dismantling of a number of temporary structures in the Zavodsky district of the city, as well as the issuance of permits for the placement of mobile kiosks.

A significant part of the agenda is devoted to housing issues:

• changes to lease agreements;
• provision of housing and improvement of living conditions;
• housing registration of citizens;
• provision of housing for internally displaced persons.

In addition, the executive committee will consider a set of issues related to the protection of children's rights, guardianship and social support for families.

It is expected that the meeting will result in a number of decisions that will affect transportation, social sphere, housing policy and urban improvement.
