Enemy army shells children's club and high-rise building in Kherson region

In Kherson region, Russian shelling killed one person and injured three others. The police recorded damage to two high-rise buildings, six private houses, critical infrastructure, a children's physical training club, two cars, and a gas pipeline.

This was reported by the press service of the National Police of Ukraine.

In Antonivka, the Russian military dropped an explosive device from a drone on a 65-year-old man who died on the spot. Another 51-year-old resident of the village suffered from a similar attack: he sustained a mine-blast injury and shrapnel wounds to his torso and leg.

Artillery fire damaged a private house and a gas pipeline in Zelenivka, as well as two private houses in Dudchany and Zolota Balka. In Shevchenkivka, two residential buildings were damaged by an FPV drone strike.

In the central district of Kherson, a 70-year-old man was injured in a submunition explosion. He was hospitalized with blast and brain injuries, contusion and shrapnel wounds to his legs. A multi-storey building in the area was also damaged by artillery shelling.

In Korabelnyi district, artillery shelling by the Russian Federation resulted in severe injuries to an 83-year-old man who was hospitalized with explosive, brain, contusion and shrapnel wounds to his face, arms and legs. Two private houses and a children's physical training club were damaged.

In the Dniprovsky district, FPV drones damaged a multi-storey building and two cars, and Russian troops also launched multiple rocket launchers.

All operational services were working to eliminate the consequences of the shelling, and the police were documenting Russian war crimes. Over the past 24 hours, law enforcement officers processed 386 applications from citizens and opened 17 proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "War Crimes".

On February 12, six apartment buildings and two private houses, a critical infrastructure facility, two medical institutions, five cars, a cell tower and a gas pipeline were damaged in Kherson region as a result of the enemy attack.
