Enemy troops shell a church, a hospital and a bus in Kherson region

During the day, the Russian army continued massive attacks on Kherson and Beryslav districts and the regional center. Artillery, mortars, multiple launch rocket systems and drones attacked 27 settlements.

This was reported by the press service of the National Police of Ukraine.

The police recorded damage to 17 civilian infrastructure facilities. In particular, three apartment buildings and eight private houses, a medical facility, a church, a private enterprise, a shuttle bus, a garage, and a minibus were damaged.

A 45-year-old man was injured as a result of an explosive drop from a drone. He was evacuated from the danger zone and hospitalized with a shrapnel wound to his leg. The settlement was also shelled with multiple launch rocket systems.

The Russian military damaged a minibus and several private houses in different communities of the region with FPV drones.

Two more civilians - a 60-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man - sought medical attention after a nighttime attack by a drone strike. They were diagnosed with mine-blast injuries and concussions.

An evacuation vehicle with volunteers and civilians trying to leave the danger zone came under artillery fire. Four wounded were taken to the hospital, including the driver and three local residents aged 71 to 80. The victims sustained explosive injuries, contusions and shrapnel wounds.

In the morning, Russian artillery again hit the territory of a medical facility in Kherson. One of the hospital's departments and a church on its territory were damaged, and later an apartment building nearby was also hit.

In the afternoon, the occupiers targeted a shuttle bus at a public transport stop with a drone. The 39-year-old driver sustained a mine-blast injury, contusion, a gunshot wound to the chest and fractured ribs.

Another 75-year-old man was injured after explosives were dropped from a drone on his car. He was hospitalized with a mine-blast injury.

In different districts of Kherson, civilians were injured by shelling, and apartment buildings, private houses, garages and business facilities were damaged. During the day, police processed 289 reports of crimes and incidents. Nineteen criminal proceedings were opened under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - "War crimes".

Over the past day, the attacks damaged an apartment building, eight private houses, a critical infrastructure facility and a police car.
