Last year, in December 2025, the four top officials of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office earned almost UAH 1.45 million together. A significant part of these amounts was formed not only by salaries, but also by bonuses and compensation.

In December 2025, four heads of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office received a total of 1 million 449 thousand 204 hryvnias 24 kopecks.
The largest amount for the month was paid to the head of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, Serhiy Hrytsenko , 474,231 hryvnia 12 kopecks, while his official salary was 94,590 hryvnia.
The first deputy head , Andriy Kovalenko, received 319,291 hryvnia 42 kopecks at a salary of 88,284 hryvnia. Deputy CEO Dmytro Zinkevych was paid UAH 306,970.21, with a salary of UAH 81,978. Another deputy director, Vitaliy Nikitin, was paid 348,741 hryvnia 49 kopecks, with a similar salary of 81,978 hryvnia.
The prosecutor's office noted that the salaries of the director and his deputies were formed not only from official salaries. The accruals included bonuses, bonuses for length of service, administrative functions, and work under security restrictions. In addition, officials received bonuses based on the results of the prosecutor's performance evaluation, as well as monetary compensation for unused annual leave.
Last year, Kherson region also demonstrated one of the highest average salaries among regional state administrations in Ukraine. At the same time, the region has a critically high staff shortage - more than 38% of vacant positions.
According to official statistics, the average salary of employees of regional state administrations in October was UAH 58.84 thousand in Kharkiv region, UAH 55.99 thousand in Kherson region, and UAH 53.04 thousand in Donetsk region. For comparison, in Mykolaiv region, this figure was 43.87 thousand hryvnias, and in Odesa region - only 33.95 thousand hryvnias.
