The occupation authorities of Crimea accuse a resident of Saki district of "high treason" for communicating with a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine.

This was reported by the Crimean Tatar Resource Center.

In September 2023, according to the version of the Russian prosecutor's office investigators, the man, opposing the war, allegedly passed on to the Ukrainian side the coordinates of unloading Russian military vehicles, which he "observed" during a train ride.

A criminal case has been opened, which is planned to be transferred to the Supreme 'court' of the Republic of Crimea.

Four Ukrainian citizens, who are in the buffer zone on the Georgian border, have filed an appeal with the European Court of Human Rights.

Human rights activist and political prisoner Riza Izetov was transferred to an unknown destination from Yakutsk. All court cases have been suspended. In this regard, the Krasnogvardeysky District Court suspended the reconsideration of the lawsuit filed by Izetov and his mother against the refusal of the Federal Penitentiary Service to transfer the political prisoner closer to home.

Crimean political prisoner Serhii Tsyhypa has been on a hunger strike for about a month.

In the Russian colony, the Crimean Tatar activist and political prisoner was held for three days in a punishment cell, and later transferred to a cell block. His wife reported biased treatment by prisoners and called for actions to protect his rights and release.

Crimean political prisoner Tofik Abdulgaziyev, who is being held in a Russian prison hospital, is in critical condition due to a severe form of tuberculosis. According to the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, his wife Aliye finally received the test results and the diagnosis after four months of waiting.
