AMCU — Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, a state body that exercises control over compliance with legislation on protection against monopolism and unfair competition. The Committee investigates violations of antimonopoly legislation, including bid-rigging, abuse of dominant position, and other anticompetitive practices. AMCU imposes fines on companies and organizations that violate competition rules and promotes fair competition in the market.
