Mykolaiv City Council member Tetiana Dombrovska has publicly stated that the voting results during online sessions of the city council were falsified.
This was reported by a member of the Mykolaiv City Council, Tetiana Dombrovska.
According to her, during one of the sessions held in a remote format, it was discovered that the vote of Yevhen Pavlovych, a deputy from the pro-mayor party Propozytsiya, was counted twice. According to Dombrovska, this falsification significantly affected the final result of the vote.
"Some of the employees of the City Information and Computing Center under the leadership of Director Bohachenko simply duplicated the deputy during the transfer of voting results in order to collect the required number of votes. This is how the 'clone of deputy Pavlovych' appeared - the same Zoom user under whose name they voted," the official wrote.

The MP emphasized that this was not an accident, but a deliberate interference with the voting system.
"When your vote is falsified, it is not a technical error, it is a crime," she emphasized.
Dombrovska reminded that this is not the first such case. Earlier, she recorded a situation when she personally abstained from voting, but the system counted her vote as "in favor." She was officially told that "the data corresponds to Zoom's cloud infrastructure, which excludes a processing error."
In this regard, Tetiana Dombrovska has already appealed to the prosecutor's office and officially registered a statement about the commission of a criminal offense, and has already testified during interrogation.
The'Sanation' group, of which she is a member, has saved the entire voting archive from the city council website to prevent the data from being deleted or corrected.
"And I once again call on Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office and the Prosecutor General's Office to give a legal assessment of this, because even if the machine cannot make mistakes, but someone adjusts the system to it, this is not politics, but a crime against the community," Dombrovska said.
She reminded that according to Article 59 of the Law of Ukraine "On Local Self-Government," the results of roll-call voting are an integral part of the session protocol and any interference with them is a criminal offense.
