Ukrainian SBU Targets Entrepreneurs Collaborating with Occupiers

The Security Service of Ukraine has served a notice of suspicion to an entrepreneur from Dzhankoy who registered a business under the laws of the Russian Federation and began supplying goods to the occupiers.

This is stated in the text of the suspicion on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General.

According to the investigation, Ihor Ursol, being a registered entrepreneur in Ukraine, illegally obtained a Russian passport after the occupation of Crimea, registered with the tax authorities of the aggressor country and registered as an individual entrepreneur under the laws of the Russian Federation. Later, he entered into contracts with illegal authorities in the temporarily occupied territory, in particular with the so-called "Kherson Oblast Penitentiary Service" for the supply of construction materials, totaling more than 7.2 million rubles.

His actions are classified under Part 4 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - collaboration, which provides for a sentence of up to 5 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.

The SBU continues the investigation and identifies other persons involved in cooperation with the occupation authorities.

The SBU also exposed the activities of Oleksandra Pshenychna in the occupied territory of Kherson region. The woman used to be the starosta of the village of Zaozerne, and after the occupation she cooperated with the enemy and ran an illegal administration.

In addition, the head of Radensk and Chelburda villages Oleksandr Filenko was served a notice of suspicion .

Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine served suspicion notices in absentia to two residents of Kherson who collaborated with the Russian invaders during the occupation of the city. One of them is a former manager atKhersongaz JSC. Also, Olena Chepinoga, a 67-year-old resident of the resort town of Skadovsk in the Kherson region, who voluntarily headed the culture department of the occupation administration and supports the Russian invaders, was suspected of collaboration.
