As a result of two waves of enemy attacks at night in the central part of Odesa, residential buildings and social facilities were damaged: a hospital, a kindergarten and a school.

This was reported by the head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak.

Five residents have been reported injured. The facades and glazing of six nearby apartment buildings and a kindergarten, as well as two garages and nine cars were damaged. Psychologists of the State Emergency Service provided assistance to 14 people, including one child.

Yesterday, an enemy unmanned aerial vehicle hit a Panamanian-flagged tanker waiting to enter a port to load vegetable oil near the coast of Odesa region. One crew member was injured. He was provided with the necessary assistance. Maritime rescue services are already on the scene and have extinguished the fire on board. A vessel flying the flag of San Marino, which was leaving the port with a cargo of corn, was also attacked. Fortunately, there were no casualties, and the vessel continued to move.

Also, the Russian army attacked Odesa twice - on the evening of January 11 and on the night of January 12 - and as a result of these attacks, the city's infrastructure and two people were injured. The attack in the evening resulted in injuries, and the earlier attack left part of the Peresypskyi district of the city without electricity.

In the morning of January 10, the Russian army attacked industrial infrastructure in Odesa district. As a result of the attack, an empty tank was damaged on the territory of a port company, and insulation caught fire. However, there has been no information on the deaths and injuries so far.

On January 9, while en route to the port of Chornomorsk, a Russian attack drone hit a civilian ship flying the foreign flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis, which was on its way to load grain cargo within the Ukrainian Sea Corridor. There were casualties. The vessel's seaworthiness was not affected and it is underway and headed for the nearest port. A vessel flying the flag of the Comoros, which was transporting soybeans, was also attacked near the port of Odesa. A crew member, a Syrian citizen, was killed in the attack.
