The Chornomorsk Commercial Sea Port in Odesa Region has put up for sale two vessels for the second time: the oil tanker Rayduzhny and the tugboat Mikhail Dobrov.

The information was published in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The starting price of the oil tanker dropped from UAH 3 million 366 thousand to UAH 1 million 683 thousand. The vessel is 84 meters long. It was built in Sweden in 1971.

The condition of the hull is unsatisfactory:

As for the tugboat, its starting price dropped from UAH 3 million 113.6 thousand to UAH 1 million 556.8 thousand. The vessel was built in Japan in 1974. It is 60 meters long. According to the port, it is impossible to assess the condition of the hull because the tug is flooded.

The port tried to sell these vessels on September 2, but the auctions did not take place due to the absence of participants.

Meanwhile, the Dniprovsky District Court of Kyiv handed over to the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) a Russian-linked vessel detained in the waters of the Danube River. It is the ANKA bulk carrier that was arrested by court order in April 2025 after the Security Service of Ukraine detained it on suspicion of being used by Russia to steal Ukrainian agricultural products from the temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine.

Earlier, the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) held an auction to sell the Nika Spirit vessel, which was arrested in Izmail, Odesa region. The tanker Nika Spirit (formerly known as Neyma) was detained on July 24, 2019, in the port of Izmail. According to the international information system Equasis, the vessel was identified as the one used to block the Kerch Strait in November 2018.
