Trukhanov filed a declaration as mayor of Odesa

Former Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov has filed an electronic asset declaration as mayor.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, the declaration shows that in 2025, the former mayor stopped leasing property to the Turkish company MIRAS EURASIA GIDA ITH.IHR.SAN.ve TIC.LTD.STI, from which he received income in 2024.

In his declaration for 2025, Gennadiy Trukhanov indicated a residential building in Odesa with an area of 252.4 square meters, which he owns 29% of - the other 71% belongs to the ex-executive's mother, an apartment with an area of 131.8 square meters in Odesa, which he already owns in full, a land plot of 681 square meters in Odesa, which he owns together with his mother and her land plot of 2.7 hectares in the village of Pishchanske, Vinnytsia region. The ex-mayor also used a 296-square-meter apartment, which is half-owned by his ex-wife, Tetiana Koltunova, and his daughter, Alisa.

Jewelry, transportation, shares

Gennadiy Trukhanov owns five watches: Rolex, Ulysse Nardin, Patek Philippe, BreguetA. Lange & Sohne. He also declared his mother's Bovet watch and her jewelry: rings, earrings, and a pendant.

According to the declaration, the former mayor does not have a car, but both he and his mother have shares - Gennadiy Trukhanov owns 292 thousand 754 shares of the Odesa Oil Refinery Public Joint Stock Company with a par value of 27 kopecks each, and his mother owns 885 thousand shares of the Kommunenergotrans Open Joint Stock Company with a par value of 25 kopecks each.

Income.

In 2025, Hennadii Trukhanov managed to earn UAH 1 million 744.8 thousand as mayor, and also received a pension of UAH 231 thousand and interest on a bank deposit of UAH 8.4 thousand. The ex-mayor's mother received: UAH 15.6 thousand from renting out property and UAH 83.6 thousand in pension.

Savings

In 2025, Hennadii Trukhanov's mother kept 502.8 thousand US dollars and 489 thousand hryvnias in cash and another 61.6 thousand hryvnias in banks. The ex-mayor himself saved UAH 1 million 636.4 thousand, EUR 12.2 thousand and USD 169.4 thousand in cash, as well as UAH 239.6 thousand in banks.

Hennadiy Trukhanov still owes his mother UAH 200,000 that he borrowed from her in 2022.

On October 14, 2025, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy deprived Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov of Ukrainian citizenship. He was then removed from office early, and a military administration was introduced in the city. Serhiy Lysak, the head of the Dnipro Military Administration, was appointed head of the newly created Odesa City Military Administration.
