Two people wounded in Mykolaiv region due to occupants' shelling

Two people were wounded in Mykolaiv region as a result of enemy shelling.

This was reported by Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

In the morning, Russians fired at a car and a minibus in the Kutsurubska community using FPV drones. Two residents of the community were wounded. Vitaliy Kim noted that the condition of one of the injured is medium.

Over the past 24 hours, the enemy attacked Mykolaiv region with shaheds, drones and artillery. As a result of the fighting and the falling wreckage of downed UAVs, a food processing plant in Mykolaiv district was damaged. A fire broke out in the warehouse.

On September 12, the enemy attacked the town of Ochakiv using FPV drones. A 16-year-old girl was injured in the attack and has been discharged from the hospital in satisfactory condition. Earlier, a 70-year-old woman was also killed by artillery shelling in Ochakiv.

Also, a man and a woman were killed in the evening of September 14 as a result of an attack by Russian troops. The occupiers attacked Odesa region with Iskander-M ballistic missiles, an X-59 guided missile, and 14 Shahed attack drones.

Rescuers found the bodies of two dead men and a woman at the site of the hit. Another 65-year-old woman was also injured. She sustained shrapnel wounds to her head and right hip joint. She was hospitalized in moderate condition.

In addition, on September 14, residential areas of Kherson region came under enemy fire and air strikes. As a result of Russian aggression, 2 people were killed and 7 others were injured.

Recently, the Prosecutor General's Office, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, identified one of those involved in organizing and carrying out the attack on theOhmadyt children's hospital. Lieutenant General of the Russian Armed Forces, currently the commander of the Russian Air Force, Sergei Kobylash, was served with a notice of suspicion in absentia.

According to the investigation, it was this Russian commander who, on July 8, 2024, ordered his subordinate units to strike the children's hospital with an X-101 cruise missile using a Tu-95MS missile carrier-bomber.
