The unfinished Mother and Child Center in Bolgrad has halved in price for the third time

The Bolhrad City Council in Odesa Oblast has re-put up for sale the buildings and structures of the maternity hospital under construction for the Mother and Child Center and the Maternity Hospital Auxiliary Unit.

The relevant information was published in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The starting price of the lot at the second auction scheduled for May 27 has been halved to UAH 5 million 262.7 thousand. This is half as much as the starting price of this lot, which was offered on May 19. There were no bidders for that auction.

Last year, the city council tried to sell this unfinished building five times. The fourth attempt, scheduled for September 25, 2024, failed. The starting price decreased again to UAH 5 million 262.7 thousand, but the fifth attempt failed to sell the unfinished building. The starting price of the fourth attempt was UAH 10 million 525.4 thousand. The third attempt with a starting price of UAH 5 million 262.7 thousand failed.

Prior to that, Bolhrad City Council in Odesa Oblast had twice failed to sell the buildings and structures of an unfinished maternity hospital for the Mother and Child Center and the Maternity Hospital Auxiliary Unit. The starting price remained the same as during the first auction - UAH 10 million 525.4 thousand.
