The most expensive purchases of the Municipal Enterprise "Parks of Kherson": how budget funds were spent

In June-November 2025, the municipal enterprise Parks of Kherson spent money on its own needs and those of the city. The largest expenditures were made on diesel fuel, gasoline, OSB boards, waste disposal, and household materials.

Intent, using the Zakupivli.pro platform, decided to find out what kind of procurement the utility company made from June to December 2025.

The company started June with the purchase of diesel fuel for UAH 498 thousand and A95 gasoline for UAH 494 thousand. At the end of the month, the institution also purchased A95 gasoline for UAH 498 thousand and also purchased foam for UAH 124 thousand.

July was marked by the ordering of repair and maintenance services for over UAH 36 thousand, the purchase of a FIRST mowing line and AutoCut mowing head for UAH 33.6 thousand, and lubricants for UAH 77.6 thousand. This month, Parks of Kherson also purchased diesel fuel for UAH 496 thousand and gasoline for UAH 460 thousand. During the month, the company purchased various working tools, the amount of which did not exceed 20 thousand.

Garbage disposal and waste management cost 50 thousand, and tire repair services cost more than 20 thousand. More than 43 thousand was planned to be spent on office equipment, and almost 47 thousand on parts for agricultural machinery. Tailoring services were ordered for 180 thousand.

August began with the purchase of waste disposal services for about UAH 1 million. In addition, engineering design services were ordered for the current repair of the internal power supply networks of two electrical installations for more than 60 thousand. This month, gasoline cost 925 thousand hryvnias and motor oil 125 thousand hryvnias. We also purchased garbage bags for UAH 210 thousand.

In addition, the company purchased gasoline for UAH 725 thousand and gasoline blowers for UAH 177 thousand. The current repair of the internal power supply networks costs more than UAH 120 thousand. The company also purchased snow shovels, gardening pitchforks, sliding fan rakes for almost 37 thousand, and OSB boards for 1.6 million. Almost half a million was spent on diesel fuel.

In November, services for compulsory civil liability insurance for owners of land vehicles were ordered for almost 162 thousand. We also bought diesel fuel for UAH 893 thousand. In addition, they purchased boards for UAH 565 thousand, rail and timber for more than UAH 338 thousand, and plastic wrap for UAH 219 thousand.

Thus, from June to December 2025, the company spent almost UAH 12 million on the most expensive purchases.

At the same time, in the first five months of 2025, Kherson Parks spent more than UAH 16 million on the most expensive purchases, including diesel fuel, garbage collection, building conservation, and construction materials.
