On the night and morning of October 22, Russians massively attacked the southern regions and the capital. There were deaths and injuries in Kyiv, damage to energy and port infrastructure in Odesa region, and damage to residential buildings and social facilities in Kherson and Mykolaiv regions.
According to the Izmail District State Administration, the air strike on Izmail damaged energy and port infrastructure.
The city's power supply is gradually being restored, and all district services are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack. Critical infrastructure is operating normally. There were no casualties and the fires were quickly extinguished.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, at night and in the morning of October 22, Russian troops launched a combined attack on Kyiv. According to preliminary reports, two people were killed and several others were injured.
In the Dniprovskyi and Darnytskyi districts, missiles and drones hit high-rise buildings, and large-scale fires broke out. Rescuers evacuated dozens of people, including children.
In the Desnianskyi district, a house, a car and a gas pipe were damaged, and in Pechersk, a fire in a 25-story building was extinguished before the arrival of the State Emergency Service. The work is ongoing and the data is being updated.
According to the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Russian troops shelled critical, social and residential infrastructure in the region. Eight high-rise buildings, four private houses, a garage and several cars were damaged. As a result of the attacks, 14 people were wounded.
Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Military District Administration, said that the enemy attacked Ochakiv, Halytsynivka and Kutsurub communities nine times with FPV drones. Two private houses were damaged in Ochakiv and another in Lupareve village. There were no casualties.
On the night of October 13, shelling damaged an energy infrastructure facility in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, destroyed the canteen building of a recreation center, which caught fire, and damaged a two-story administrative building, a hotel, and several private houses nearby. A 34-year-old woman was injured in the night attack and hospitalized with injuries from her private home.
