Odesa City Council Deputy Edelman Declares Gold and Weapons Collection

Oleksandr Edelman, a deputy of the Odesa City Council, declared 343.7 thousand US dollars, 261 thousand euros and 115.2 thousand hryvnias in cash.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the deputy's declaration.

His wife also has cash assets: 200 thousand US dollars, 48 thousand euros and 65.4 thousand hryvnias. The MP also declared bank gold worth 1 million 625 thousand hryvnias, as well as funds in accounts: 5.4 thousand euros, 30 US dollars and several small amounts in hryvnias.

In addition, he owns a private collection of cultural property called "EDELMAN ARMS COLLECTION", as well as a separate private collection of weapons. The MP also declared several expensive Swiss-made wristwatches - Breguet and Franck Muller, and his wife owns two Breitling and Jaeger-LeCoultre wristwatches.

Real estate

The declaration of the deputy of Odesa City Council contains several real estate objects registered in his wife's name, which he uses on the right of free use. The largest of them is an apartment in Odesa with an area of 172.2 square meters. In addition, the declaration lists another apartment of 49 square meters. The family also owns two parking spaces in Odesa - 19.2 square meters and 32 square meters. All the properties are registered to the MP's wife, while the MP himself uses them free of charge.

Vehicle fleet, salary, business and loans

The declaration also lists vehicles: a 2015 Honda Forza 250 motorcycle, a 2014 Verda trailer, and a 2025 Skoda Superb car purchased in November 2025.

A significant portion of his income comes from business activities. In particular, during the reporting period, he declared UAH 6 million 230.4 thousand of income from business. In addition, the MP received UAH 1,127 thousand in cashback. His wife received UAH 30.8 thousand in salary. At the same time, the MP declared another significant income - UAH 2 million 535 thousand from the alienation of movable property.

The MP also indicated a loan of UAH 2 million to Mykola Skoryk. He received a loan from PrivatBank in November 2025. It was a loan of UAH 1.3 million, of which UAH 26.3 thousand was repaid in the reporting period. As of the end of the reporting period, the outstanding balance amounted to UAH 1.2 million. The loan is secured by a car worth UAH 2.1 million.

In addition, the MP declared two credit limits. One of them was opened with VST Bank, where as of the end of the year the amount of the obligation was UAH 176 thousand 252. The other credit limit was issued by PrivatBank and amounts to UAH 324.7 thousand. The MP also bought and sold movable property in 2025.
