In his annual declaration for 2025, MP Mykola Skoryk declared real estate, vehicles, and expensive watches. At the same time, some of this property is formally registered in the names of other persons, but is actually used by the MP and his family members.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.

According to the document, the MP's wife Natalia, as well as their children Margarita and Viktor, remain citizens of Ukraine, but have residence permits in Austria. This allows them to legally stay abroad for a long time.

The declaration contains an impressive list of property both owned by the MP and used by his family. In particular, back in 2004, Skoryk purchased a 172.2-square-meter apartment in Odesa for UAH 89,544. In 2007, he bought a 16.2 square meter parking space for UAH 3,400. In 2010, the family acquired a 1,274-square-meter plot of land in the village of Dalnyk, and the following year, a large garden house in the same area of more than 629 square meters.

In 2012, the MP ' s wife purchased an apartment in Odesa with an area of 60.7 square meters, and in 2013, a land plot in Yalta with an area of 930 square meters. In addition, back in 2005, she registered country houses in the Cooperator cooperative, where her wife owns only 3.7%, while the main share - 96.3% - is registered to a legal entity.

The declaration also lists the property used by the family. In particular, since 2018, Skoryk and his family members have been entitled to use an apartment in Odesa with an area of 523.1 square meters, as well as three parking spaces. The owner of this property is another person, Natalia Zalyubinska. In addition, in 2023, the MP rented a hotel room under a reimbursable contract.

The MP owns a Patek Philippe watch purchased in 2005. His wife owns three watches at once: Ulysse Nardin (2007), Chopard Happy Sport (2009) and Bulgari (2012). All of them are registered in her name and were in use before the first declaration was filed. However, the value of the watches is not specified in the document.

As for transportation, the cars used by the family are also registered in the names of third parties. Skoryk himself uses a 2019 Toyota Highlander owned by Olha Marchenko. His wife drives a 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350D 4 MATIC, which was purchased in 2022 for UAH 2 million but is registered in the name of Liudmyla Ivanova.

Among Nadezhda's financial assets, a significant portion is made up of shares of Ukrainian companies. The oldest are shares of Imexbank, purchased in 1999. He also owns shares in the investment company Primorye-Invest and the Black Sea Transport Company, which he acquired in the 2000s.

His salary as an MP amounted to UAH 734,768, and his pension was UAH 228,418. His wife declared almost a million hryvnias of income from entrepreneurial activities.

As for his savings, he declared 187 thousand hryvnias and 40 thousand US dollars in cash, while his wife keeps 297 thousand hryvnias and 25 thousand dollars. The MP has 44,593 hryvnias, 159 dollars, and 4,077 euros on his accounts at the branch of the State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine in Odesa. His wife keeps 113 euros in Raiffeisenbank in Vienna, 1,609 euros in Erste Bank in Vienna, and 3 dollars and 1,609 hryvnias in PrivatBank.

In addition, back in 2019, Skoryk borrowed UAH 3 million from Oleksandr Edelman. And in 2025, he sold movable property worth 410 thousand hryvnias.

At the same time, the declarations for 2024 and 2025 indicate the same cars in use. However, according to the financial report for 2023, the official's wife owned a Mercedes Benz GLE 350D 4 MATIC, made in 2021, purchased in the same year for UAH 2.5 million.

In February 2026, Mykola Skoryk reported changes in his property status - he received almost UAH 395 thousand in compensation for unused vacations over several years.
