Chief of Staff of Odesa Regional State Administration Zavadskyi declared a 400-meter house

The chief of staff of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Volodymyr Zavadskyi, has published his annual declaration for 2025, in which he listed his family's real estate, land, cars, and income. Among the declared items are a nearly 400-meter house, several large plots of land, and more than 1.4 million in salary.

In the document, the official listed his family members - wife Diana and son Vitaliy - as well as the family's real estate in Odesa region. His wife owns a 140.2-square-meter apartment in Odesa, purchased in 2004, where all family members live, as well as a third of another 67.7-square-meter apartment, with Volodymyr and Liudmyla Beresnev owning the remaining shares.

Zavadskyi himself owns a 394.3-square-meter house in the village of Lymanka, Tairovska community, purchased in 2011, along with a 1,000-square-meter land plot in the same village.

In addition, he declared four large plots of land in the village of Nevgody, Zhytomyr region, with a total area of more than 70 thousand square meters, which have also been in his ownership since 2011.

The declaration also includes a 10-square-meter parking space in Odesa, which Zavadskyi uses as well as cars: his own Volvo XC70, which he purchased in 2011 for UAH 496,000, and a 2010 Range Rover, which is used by his wife.

The main income of the official in 2025 was his salary in the Odesa Regional State Administration - UAH 1.486 million, as well as his pension - UAH 283.7 thousand. His wife received 246 thousand in salary and 36 thousand in pension. In addition, he received UAH 1.2 thousand as part of the National Cashback program. His son Vitaliy declared a scholarship of UAH 37,300 and UAH 733 in cashback from the bank.

The majority of the family's monetary assets are kept in bank accounts: his wife - UAH 11.6 thousand and USD 117, Zavadskyi himself - UAH 18.3 thousand, USD 1001 and EUR 402, his son - UAH 4.6 thousand. The declaration does not contain any information on construction in progress, valuable movable property, securities, corporate rights or intangible assets.

As noted by Intent, before his appointment in July 2023, Zavadskyi had not worked for seven years, and his family had no savings. In 2024, his salary, according to the declaration, amounted to UAH 1 million 350 thousand 535, and he kept UAH 21 thousand 189 in his accounts.
