The cost of the Mykolaiv Main Post Office building at the auction has risen to UAH 32 million. This amount was offered by one of the bidders.

This is evidenced by the results of the auction on the National Electronic Exchange.

The winner of the auction was Bne Beitha LLC, which, according to YouControl, belongs to Mykolaiv businessman Oleksiy Pelipas. The starting price of the object was only UAH 6.6 million, so the value increased almost fivefold during the bidding process.

The auction, which took place on September 11, was attended by 11 companies and individuals. Bne Beitha LLC was the leader among the bids, offering UAH 32.1 million. The second place was taken by Agro-1 Farm with 24.6 million, and the third by the private enterprise Wild Garden with a bid of 24.4 million hryvnias. Other participants offered between UAH 20.1 million and UAH 7 million.

The 1,800-square-meter building is partially leased. According to the terms of the auction, the buyer must formalize the right to use or own the land plot within 60 days after the conclusion of the contract and compensate for the costs of maintaining the facility until the legal procedures are completed.

The modern building of the Main Post Office was built in 1970 by architect S. K. Yakymovych and engineers N. V. Kostiukova and N. A. Plastikova. It is located at 27 Admiralska Street between Heroiv Razvutalnykiv (Lyahina) Street and Soborna Street.

The Main Post Office building was put up for sale in August. The auction was initiated by Ukrposhta, and the announcement appeared on August 27 on the website of the National Electronic Exchange. The building's area is 1840.8 square meters. According to the terms of the sale, the buyer has to register the right to use or own the land plot within 60 days after the conclusion of the contract and compensate for the costs of maintaining the building, including land payments, until all legal procedures are completed.

Instead, the property of the Kherson Bakery was purchased four times cheaper. The auction was held for the third time, with the initial price exceeding UAH 12 million. The previous two attempts to sell the plant failed due to the lack of buyers, and the company was officially declared bankrupt.
