The announcement was published in the Prozorro.Sale system.
The equipment in question is the equipment for the organization and operation of a water desalination plant with a capacity of 11,300 cubic meters per day based on reverse osmosis, which was purchased from Marubeni Corporation (Japan). According to the results of the visual inspection, the actual polyethylene packaging of the equipment is in an isolated state without damage or tears, but the outer wooden boxes are in an unsatisfactory condition due to long-term storage, which will not allow the transportation of the latter without replacing the packaging.
The equipment was transferred to ARMA based on a decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv in 2018. The asset is located on the territory of the Black Sea Logistics Center Limited Liability Company. The starting price of the lot is UAH 109 million 664 thousand.
Earlier, the National Agency for Asset Recovery and Management (ARMA) held an auction to select a manager for the seized asset, the Zhovten sanatorium, which was won by MN Group LLC, owned by Odesa resident Oleg Pochkin.
The Kyiv District Court of Odesa also transferred real estate, which is part of the logistics infrastructure of the region's port complex, to the management of the National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).
In addition, the National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has announced a call for proposals for the management of three hotel complexes in the historic center and resort area of Odesa.
The agency also announced a tender for the selection of legal entities to take measures to organize the sale of the seized USKO MFU, which was transferred to the management of ARMA by the decision of the Dniprovsky District Court of Kyiv.
