The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is seeking proposals for the management of three hotel complexes in the historic center and resort area of Odesa.

According to the ARMA press service, these are the Mozart Hotel and Restaurant, OK Odesa Hotel, and Arcadia Hotel, which were transferred to the agency by the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv in 2022.

The Mozart Hotel and Restaurant is an architectural monument built in 1870, located in the historic center of the city at the intersection of Richelieu and Lanzheronovskaya streets. The building with a total area of 6,490.9 square meters has been completely restored according to old photographs and plans with the restoration of the authentic facade and interiors. The hotel is located just 2 kilometers from the railway station and next to the Odesa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater.

OK Odesa Hotel is an active three-star business hotel in the Arcadia district. The complex was fully renovated in 2012 and has 175 rooms of various categories for 363 guests. It includes a banquet hall for 600 people with seven halls and a concert hall for 1 thousand visitors with the most modern equipment. The hotel has its own guarded parking lot around the clock.

Hotel Arcadia is a large hotel complex in the resort and entertainment center of Odesa with 287 rooms of five categories. It includes a separate apartment complex with two-room suites, a banquet hall for 150 guests and 5 conference halls ranging from 40 to 170 square meters for 20 to 200 participants.

The ultimate beneficiary of all three hotels was Lina Akivison, the daughter of Russian businessman Igor Akivison.

As stated in the court decision that transferred the hotels to ARMA, these establishments were mortgaged to two Russian business entities whose beneficial owners are the same as the owners of the Ukrainian companies that own the hotels. The existence of such a scheme did not exclude the possibility of making regular payments to Russian entities and further financing the armed aggression against Ukraine.
