The National Agency for Asset Recovery and Management (ARMA) has put up for sale a land plot and a house in Odesa.
This was reported in the Prozorro.Sale system.
As stated in the description of the lot, the area of the plot is 0.05 hectares, and the house is 144 square meters. The household consists of two residential buildings made of limestone, and outbuildings: fencing and paving. During the visual inspection, the appraiser's representative found that the houses and paving were actually absent; there was only a fence on the land plot. The land plot has an irregular rectangular shape, covered with shrubs, in the middle of the plot there is a landslide strip and a height change of about 3 meters, a groundwater source is located on the territory of the land plot.
The starting price of the lot is UAH 2 million 404.7 thousand, and the auction is scheduled for January 27. This is the second attempt to sell the property this year. The first auction was scheduled for January 14, but due to the lack of bidders, it did not take place. At that time, the lot price was UAH 4 million 809.4 thousand.
Also, the National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) put up for sale 68 cardboard boxes of TORAY desalination equipment. The equipment was transferred to ARMA based on a decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv in 2018. The asset is located on the territory of the Black Sea Logistics Center Limited Liability Company. The organizer of the auction has now changed - last year it was the private enterprise Tender Online, and now it is the limited liability company Ukrinvestenergoconsult. The starting price of the new lot is UAH 37 million 746.6 thousand.
