Russians killed two people in Kherson region yesterday

Yesterday, on September 14, residential areas of the region's settlements came under enemy fire and air strikes. As a result of Russian aggression, 2 people were killed and 7 others were wounded.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

According to the head of the administration, the Russians fired on Tomina Balka, Tyahynka, Antonivka, Beryslav, Stanislav, Velyetenske, Kizomys, Poniativka, Novoraysk, Urozhayne, Novoberislav, Stepne, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Zmiivka, Dudchany, Arkhangelske, Lyubymivka and the city of Kherson yesterday. The Russian military hit critical infrastructure facilities, educational and medical institutions, the territory of the plant; residential areas of the region's settlements, including 2 high-rise buildings and 22 private houses. The occupants also damaged a gas pipeline, an outbuilding, a warehouse and a private car.

In the afternoon, Russians shelled Kherson. As a result, a 47-year-old man was hospitalized. He was diagnosed with a mine-blast injury and a shrapnel wound to his leg. A 55-year-old man was also wounded in the shelling. He was hospitalized with explosive and craniocerebral injuries, shrapnel wounds to the parietal area and shoulder. His condition is serious.

A resident of Beryslav was injured as a result of an explosive drop from a UAV. The man, 48, sustained blast trauma, ear, neck and forearm wounds. A 57-year-old woman in Stanislav was attacked by an enemy drone. She was in a store at the time of the attack. The victim sustained explosive and craniocerebral injuries, as well as contusion.

Also during the day, a local resident was injured in Antonivka due to Russian shelling. She sustained injuries to her torso, arms and legs. The woman refused to receive medical assistance. The Russian military also shelled the village of Veletynske. A 66-year-old woman came under enemy fire. She sustained explosive and craniocerebral injuries, concussion, and a shrapnel wound to the parietal area.

<span style="font-size: 1em;">Some time later, the occupiers dropped explosives from a drone on a civilian in Dniprovsky district. </span>The 32-year-old man sustained mine-blast trauma and contusion. Doctors also diagnosed him with an acute stress reaction.

Unfortunately, a resident of Kherson died as a result of Russian shelling. A 60-year-old man who was seriously injured this afternoon died in hospital. Doctors did everything possible to save his life. A 55-year-old local resident also sustained fatal injuries as a result of an enemy attack on Poniativka. A 52-year-old woman was also hospitalized with explosive and craniocerebral injuries, as well as contusion.
